About the job

Job Title: Junior Backend Developer

Location: [Remote]

We are seeking a passionate Backend Developer to join our team. If you have a strong foundation in backend development and a keen interest in contributing to cutting-edge projects, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement backend services for our project.

Implement and manage RESTful APIs following industry best practices.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Python virtual environments.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with FastAPI.
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their best practices.
Proficiency with ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy.
Experience with database migration tools, specifically Alembic.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, especially Pytest.
Experience with AWS Services like AWS Lambda, AWS S3.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.
