What you’ll be doing?

Job Accountabilities

Work with Capture Automation Manager to devise and implement augmentation and refactoring plans for capture automation platform components to increase performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Monitor and respond to quality tickets, engaging in issue research/correction and trend analysis
Monitor and report on automation and quality metrics and trends
Analyze automation and quality issues to identify appropriate remediations
Execute assigned development and configuration projects with on-time completion
Assist with other duties as assigned

Job Outcomes

Fast response and correction of quality and automation issues
Improved capture automation systems
Automation, accuracy, and TAT metrics consistently met or exceeded

What we’re looking for?

Required skills:

Deep and broad experience and understanding of foundational systems composing the capture automation platform is preferred.
Ability to creatively conceive and execute automation and accuracy methods.
Java Programming
Best practices
Memory efficiency
CPU efficiency
Networking efficiency
MySQL query and index optimization

Requirements:

At least a 2-year technical degree (or equivalent)1+ years of similar experience
Experience with technologies listed in the previous section.
