Intelligent Financial Solutions (IFS) and Mortgage Support Solutions (MSS), both companies are under same management. We are a fast-growing Australian mortgage and financial services company, helping clients with tailored lending solutions across residential, commercial, and business finance. We are seeking a dynamic Australian Mortgage Broker Associate to join our remote team and support our mission of helping clients secure the right mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, completion, and submission of mortgage applications and supporting documents
Review applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender policies and regulatory standards
Track application progress and follow up with lenders/ related parties to ensure timely processing
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, lenders, and brokers throughout the loan process
Proactively manage outstanding documentation and client follow-ups
Handle client and broker inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

MANDATORY: Prior AUSTRALIAN mortgage or financial services experience, with a solid understanding of loan processing and compliance
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems (Infinity preferred), loan origination platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
A customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
