Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Running finance department for clients and bookkeeping
Oversee and review the team members
Preparation of management accounts
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
Communicating with clients
Preparation of working papers to the highest standards
External and internal auditing
Financial planning and analysis
Tax planning
Payroll compliance
Company secretarial
Ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Working experience in the related field
Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and procedures
Knowledge of Nepalese income tax and corporate laws
Proficiency in various accounting software along with good knowledge about Microsoft packages
Good leadership and communication skills
