Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Have clear understanding of AV production cycle
Have strong command in scripting in Nepali
Have able to understand AV tools such as camera works, visual graphics, visual editing, colour correction and manipulation
Be able to produce audio/visual content with over all understanding of the concepts, theme and issues from creative team
Have knowledge of digital platforms and able to produce appropriate and optimal content for digital platform
Have the ability to mobilize and lead the camera persons, reporters and visual editors
Must be able to establish good communication, and have liaison skills for completing the project deliverables.

Must have a good knowledge of AV tools
Must have proficient skills in script writing
Good understanding of the AV principles.
Passion for leading digital storytelling and audiences
Excellent interpersonal and intra personal skills
Ability to work under pressure consistently at high standard
Must be Flexible to adapt with work shift demands as per need
Positive attitude and good team player
Analyze and well interpret project assignment materials to the clients and partners
Promote relationships between writers, editors and the team
