Roles and responsibilities of this job

Explore and get deals for new properties
Marketing expats’ community, corporations and multinational companies for various apartments and houses of the company
Develop and maintain relationships with Property Owners, INGOs, corporates and multinational companies

Note: Two-wheeler with a valid license is compulsory

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree in Management OR Hospitality from a reputed College/University(Preference will given to candidates with a Master in management )
Minimum two years experience in Marketing or Real Estate OR Hospitality Industry
Experience in dealing with people from real estate, travel and trade-related field
Experience in marketing and business development activates

Skills:

Able to get things done from travel / trade-related people and very good organizer.
Active person and able to work in a team
Persuasive and good communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Written/Spoken English
Able to work using various apps on smartphone; must be tech-savvy
Knowledge of social media marketing
