Takeo is looking for an Executive – Talent Development responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining relationships with Technology talents in the US.

Areas of Responsibilities for Executive – Talent Development

Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. Learn and evaluate your technical skills
Identifying, Sourcing, and uncovering talents
Shape and deliver on our strategy for how to drive developers and technology professionals to count on Takeo
Building a relationship with the talents and understanding their needs
Create proof of concepts, demos, and articles for a highly technical audience
Liaise with the Takeo Resource Management and Technology Sourcing team to communicate third-party feedback
Engage online with the community of developers and technology professionals.

Qualifications

At least one years of developer advocacy, talent management, technology sales, or technology recruiting or business experience.
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Technology or BBA. A Graduate degree is a plus
