Job Description

Monitor and manage all communication and resolve networking problems through effective implementation of preventive measures for IT network.
Determine and maintain all programs according to company and vendors standards
Inspect and recommend appropriate installation of operating systems and ensure better optimization process
Analyze and identify all technical problems and provide consultation and training to help all users.
Assist user and provide PC, laptop, printer and network break support.
Prepare and maintain all records and files in relation to IT assets, network performance and problems
Develop and facilitates various initiative to develop user compliance activities.
Analyze and resolve problems and provide backup to company telephone system.
Implement and ensure up keep of daily tape backups.
Configuring Servers, Firewall, Backup and Recovery, VMware, windows server (Windows Server Standard R2 2019, 2016,2008) with Active Directory Domain Services, remote Desktop Services, IIS server, DHCIP, DNS, MS SQL Server 2016,2019 administration.
Plan develop and administer system in Azure cloud platform, manage and monitor live system and ensure the optimal performance and maintatinance of system of Azure.
Configuring and managing Exchange, Office Outlook, Office 365, OneDrive etc.
Ensuring smooth operations of network (LAN, WAN), switches, routers, firewall for reliable internet and VPN connections all time.
Monitor all standard technical programs and provide technical support for same.
Ensure optimal level of customer service and resolve all client request and clients.
