Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visual content for various digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure designs are visually appealing and on-brand.
Support senior designers by preparing assets, layouts, and drafts for review and approval.
Edit and refine graphics based on feedback, ensuring high-quality final products.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software advancements to continually improve skills and work quality.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

2-3 years of work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and applications.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions and brand guidelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
