Your Role:

As an Associate - Fleet Recruitment at Foodmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring we have

a sufficient and high-quality pool of riders to meet our daily operational needs. You will proactively analyze rider requirements, source candidates from various platforms, and maintain effective communication with job agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively analyzing daily rider requirements and hiring riders from various sources.
Maintain regular communication with job agencies and identify different rider hiring platforms.
Handling phone calls (enquires & interview schedule).
Maintain proper database of rider pool and hired riders.
Ensure and maintain rider's documentation.
Actively participate in rider hiring and retention programs.
Coordinate with HR and admin department for the rider's administrative work.
Assist Fleet Leads in handling rider's grievances if required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good personality and Outspoken
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
