Your Role:

As an Associate - Fleet Recruitment at Foodmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring we have

a sufficient and high-quality pool of riders to meet our daily operational needs. You will proactively analyze rider requirements, source candidates from various platforms, and maintain effective communication with job agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyzing daily rider requirements and hiring riders from various sources.
• Maintain regular communication with job agencies and identify different rider hiring platforms.
• Handling phone calls (enquires & interview schedule).
• Maintain proper database of rider pool and hired riders.
• Ensure and maintain rider's documentation.
• Actively participate in rider hiring and retention programs.
• Coordinate with HR and admin department for the rider's administrative work.
• Assist Fleet Leads in handling rider's grievances if required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good personality and Outspoken
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
