About the job

Associate Business Research Analyst

No. of Vacancy: 01

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the management during the development of the overall strategy.
Conduct in-depth research on suitable business models, stay informed about industry developments, and provide detailed reports and insights to the head of the department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support venture investment activities and assist in strategic planning and project implementation.
Assist in the due diligence process of the ventures assigned.
Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences.
Perform any ad hoc tasks provided by the Department Head and the Managing Director.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional Competencies

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of experience in a fintech company will be preferred.
Knowledge about the capital market.
Effective communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.
Excellent research and due diligence capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel, must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Hunger for intellectual growth and continuous learning.
