Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and documentation abilities.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization is a plus.

Job Description

Ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of Broadcast and Streaming platforms, including video streaming, content delivery, and network connectivity.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues affecting platform performance and user experience.
Verify OTT app functionality and features, ensuring they meet required standards.
Conduct testing and QA on new updates, features, and integrations for IPTV and OTT platforms.
Prepare release environment for OTT and IPTV software.
Collaborate with development, operations, and network engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize platform performance.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in Broadcast technologies, streaming protocols, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
Participate in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure for IPTV and OTT platforms.
Collaborate with network engineering and system teams to ensure network security, redundancy, and load balancing.
