Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Assistant Teacher to support classroom teaching and contribute to the academic and overall development of students. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging classroom lessons.
Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Help prepare teaching materials, classroom displays, and learning resources.
Assist in monitoring students' academic progress and classroom activities.
Encourage active participation and positive behavior among students.
Support teachers in organizing school events and extracurricular activities.
Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Perform other teaching and administrative duties assigned by the school.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Education or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
Ability to work under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
