Solicit new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded within assigned market segment (TA & Corporate)
Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team in order to meet sales target
Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of services, and resolution of customer complaints
Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
Analyse local market trends and assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings, develop market strategy & target
Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
Responsible for working closely with the Sales Team to analyse market trends, report results and develop a Sales Team to execute the selling strategy and achieve business objectives and following tasks to the highest standards
Maximize all Revenue opportunities and develop/ implement creative local marketing channels including social media
