- Plan and develop sales strategies to boost the sales and achieve the sales target.
- Develop sales channels for the company and its dealer network.
- Manage market study and analysis to determine the preferred dealer location.
- Review and recommend dealer location for expanding dealer operations.
- Develop and manager dealer collecting application forms, finalizing dealer agreement and dealer extensions.
- Manage dealer performance and reports monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Work as a team with related department.
- Coordinate a weekly meeting to review department activities and provide report.
