The company provides Sales, Service, and Spare-Parts (3S) support for Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV), ensuring excellence in operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Assistant Manager Finance & Account at BATASMAW Commercial Vehicles in Tangal, Kathmandu. The role involves tasks related to branch finance & account management, customer service, sales, and team management on a day-to-day basis.

Preparation of Branch MIS, budget & submit report.
Branch external vendor finalization, parts & consumables rate & vendor finalization. Keep professional control on branch expenses.
Review of branch accountants’ reports. Visit branches on periodic basis to guide and monitor branch team. Work on the competency development of branch accountants.
Review petty cash of branches. Ensure proper accounting norms are followed.
Review of branch debtors. Coordinate with collection team for timely collection of such debts.
Support on pricing of spare parts. Ensure proper approval methods are followed before finalizing prices.
Ensure timely collection of branch wise rental and other incomes, timely payment of utilities and other expenses.
Prepare periodic reports and submit to supervisor.
Other as per assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Finance and Account Management skills
Team Management skills
Ability to analyze financial data and reports accurately
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree would be a added advantage
5+ years of relevant experience
Own 2 wheeler vehicle and willingness to travel
