Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 4 years

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

MBA/MBS/M.com /MA-Economics/CA/ACCA/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of Banking experience for Master's degree or 5 years experience for Bachelor's degree or 1 year experience for chartered accountant and at least current working position in officer level
Good communication, sound computer knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to lead department & branch team smoothly
Proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali
