Creator’s IVF Nepal is one of the leading IVF clinics in Kathmandu providing exceptional service to infertile couples, making their dream of having a child come true at an affordable price. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our small and friendly clinic for the following post. The successful candidate will be expected to be adaptable, and have excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues. Attention to detail is a key part of the quality requirement.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management

Experience: Not required (freshers and competent in Nepali typing are encouraged to apply)

Job description

• The primary task of the Assistant Administrative Officer is to support the incumbent

Administrative Officer in the following tasks

Manage everyday operations of the office by maintaining the schedules of employees in close coordination with the managing director and section in-charges
Organize office operations, procedures, filing system
Keeps the records of inventory of goods, medicines, and hospital supplies
Maintain the records of the employees
Draft necessary official documents, and letters in both English and Nepali language as per instruction of senior management
