Assistant Administrative Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management

Experience: Not required (freshers and competent in Nepali typing are encouraged to apply)

Job description

• The primary task of the Assistant Administrative Officer is to support the incumbent

Administrative Officer in the following tasks

• Manage everyday operations of the office by maintaining the schedules of employees in close coordination with the managing director and section in-charges
• Organize office operations, procedures, filing system
• Keeps the records of inventory of goods, medicines, and hospital supplies
• Maintain the records of the employees
• Draft necessary official documents, and letters in both English and Nepali language as per instruction of senior management
