Job Description

  • Define sales targets, set financial goals for the area, and execute programs
  • Monitor sales operations and ensure that sales targets are met 
  • Build a strong relationship with agents in the specified territory
  • Promote Khalti in the specified area
  • Dealer and Channel Management
  • Create a strong agent network in the specified area leading to an increase in transactions and sales
  • Develop training programs designed to help the sales representatives improve their techniques
  • Manage sales force within the specified territory

Note: Candidates should be flexible traveling frequently to different parts of the country and also willing to work in an assigned location by the Employer.
