  • Preferably a Bachelors degree in business administration, however, the degree won't be a barrier provided the candidate is exceptionally talented in the related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cement industry
  • Must possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Must have a valid driving license

Job Description

  • Achieving sales target
  • Proper coordination with the Regional Sales Head
  • Should be aware of competitors activities
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Dealing with some major customer accounts
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research

Tentative Salary: A minimum of Rs. 40000, depends upon experience, knowledge & capability of the candidate.
