Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Achieving sales target
Proper coordination with the Regional Sales Head
Should be aware of competitors activities
Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
Servicing the needs of our existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Developing sales strategies
Dealing with some major customer accounts
Collecting customer feedback and market research

Tentative Salary: A minimum of Rs. 40000, depends upon experience, knowledge & capability of the candidate.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Preferably a Bachelors degree in business administration, however, the degree won't be a barrier provided the candidate is exceptionally talented in the related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cement industry
Must possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Must have a valid driving license

Salary

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 40,000 Monthly
