Job Description

Eco-Business House seeks a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Incharge to manage sales activities in a designated area. The primary responsibility is to develop and manage dealer networks, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage dealer networks in the assigned area.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with the inventory team.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in sales and dealer development, especially in the field of construction items sales like Iron, cement and WaterTanks and Pipes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Driving License with Own Bike.
