Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can lead design development, produce high-quality architectural outputs, and contribute to innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural planning, concept development, and design execution
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, drafts, and presentations
Develop interior design concepts and integrate them into projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural plans
Develop 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animated walkthroughs
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure project viability
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals for smooth project execution
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions
Ensure design outputs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and deadlines

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or similar software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client handling
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Strong understanding of project execution processes and construction detailing.
