Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Technical Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using appropriate software.
Change Order Management: Handle and incorporate change orders, ensuring all modifications are reflected in the project plans.
As-Built Drawing Development: Develop accurate as-built drawings based on completed construction projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Municipality Drawing & Specification Knowledge: Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, including creating and submitting municipality drawings and specifications.
Architectural Drawings: 3DDesign and draft comprehensive architectural plans for projects.
Structural Drawings: Create and refine structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications
Branding : Knowledge of company branding

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

3D Design and draft comprehensive architectural plans for projects.
Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Rendering, Animation
Sound knowledge of Project Design and Planning
Good Knowledge of Interior Design and customized design approach
Updated with new construction material associated with design
Updated with building codes and municipal bylaws
A degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Basic Understanding of Construction Materials and Methods.
Ability to analyze and address design challenges with effective solutions.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Knowledge of sustainable architecture practices.
Proficiency in company branding.

Note: Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture field.
