Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of architectural projects from conception through construction.
Manage work plans, consultants, and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
Develop innovative design solutions that meet client specifications.
Maintain a collaborative and professional working relationship with the team and foster ongoing communication through meetings and updates.
Get involve in national and international projects (USA).

Required Qualification:

Advance knowledge in AutoCad
Advance knowledge 3d software’s (Revit/SketchUp)
Proficiency in 3d software’s renderings skill( SketchUp, Lumion, D5)
Design experience in commercial

Desirable Qualification:

Master in Architecture
Adequate knowledge regarding the commercial and hotel/resorts design.
Proficiency in Revit/ SketchUp or other 3d skills.
Flexible and able to adjust to evolving work environments.
Ability to commit long-term.
