Position: Senior Architect

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural design and project management

Specific Requirement : must have experience in design to development of resort , hotel projects from concept to completion

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and contractors to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate it into inspiring architectural designs.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This would make work complicated and lack of communication between architect, civil engineer and local contractor costs client both money and time.In most of the cases the Final outcome of the of house is different than the original design. So Instead of dividing tasks between separate Architect, Civil Engineer and Contractor. KSM Service (a design-and-build company)was established to complete your entire project, from initial planning to final construction. Design-build firms take on the responsibilities of architects, contractors and construction companies, all under one umbrella. We focus on a streamlined design-build process — from the preliminary design to the estimating phase to on site construction — in the hope of creating an efficient experience for both the client and the company.
