Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work closely under the guidance of the Senior Architects as required
Prepare conceptual drawings, working drawings and other details as required.
Control project from start to finish to ensure the high quality, innovative and functional design
Compile Project specifications
Prepare 3D models as required

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education qualification- Bachelor in Architecture
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an a design firm.
Expert in Auto-CAD, Sketch-up and 3D rendering software like Lumion

Other Requirements

Creative and ability to learn and grasp new ideas quickly
Good understanding capability and able to follow instructions given by Senior Architects.
Should be able to generate new ideas and participate in healthy discussions with senior
Excellent report writing skills
Basic knowledge in Revit would be an extra advantage
Be initiative and imaginative
Able to work from home
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Co-operative and excellent team player
Should have high level professional demeanour.
Should have knowledge about the various materials used in a building structures
