Work with engineers, assisting with various projects.
Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs.
Proficient in Autocad, sketchup, BIM (Revit, Civil 3d).
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Compiling required paperwork and documents for projects.
Coordinate details of architectural projects.
Make detailed construction drawings using architectural software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications.
Modify and update existing drawings as necessary to reflect changes in design or construction plans.
Create visual aids to help clients understand construction plans.
Ensure all drawings meet industry / construction standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized files of all drawings and design plans.
