Summary of Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for working in close coordination with Helen Keller International/ARCH and Family Welfare Division, Nutrition Section to finalize BMS Act Monitoring Training Manual.

Educational qualifications and experiences:

Master’s degree in law or relevant field from recognized college/university
Minimum 5 years of experience in law drafting, manuals and guidelines drafting for Government of Nepal
knowledge of legal provisions and procedure for market monitoring, market management is essential
Experience in facilitating the workshop; strong coordination skills with the ministries and concerned stakeholders is desired.
