Department- Compliance and Operation

Machnet is looking for an Application Support Engineer responsible for the full life-cycle of incidents and problems.

Responsibilities:

Receive customer’s query and act positively/promptly to the tickets/requests registered.
Involve in preparation of technical documents and its review. This also includes assurance of accuracy of the document.
Initiate maintenance to customer’s site timely and suggest for corrective measures.
Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.
Maintain effective control mechanism for transaction monitoring and release
Ensure all procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements are strictly followed.
Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk and report to the supervisor.
Provide suggestion and feedback on the audit processes and practice to strengthen the compliance program.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Knowledge/Skill :

Basic knowledge in operating systems (Linux and MS Windows)
Knowledge in application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Team player

Experience in one or more of below is a plus:

Cloud Computing, Virtualization Technologies, AWS and Storage, Network Infrastructure
Data Centers, High Availability& Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery Strategies
Knowledge in PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Authorities
Knowledge in database engines (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL Databases)
Knowledge in server and client operating systems (Linux Distros, Windows)
Knowledge in web application servers (Jetty, Wildfly, JBoss)
Cloud-based Solution Infrastructure (Amazon, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean)
Cloud Infrastructure Tools (OpenStack, Kubernetes, S3,Docker
