  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HPLC, Immunoassay analyzers, Blood Culture systems, and Microbiology workflows is preferred.

  • Other: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours when required.

Job Description

The Application Officer will be responsible for the installation, demonstration, training, and after-sales application support of IVD instruments and related products. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure customers can maximize the performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Demonstration: Install IVD instruments (e.g., Finecare, HPLC, Blood Culture, Microbiology systems) at customer sites and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Customer Training: Provide hands-on training and guidance to laboratory staff for proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Application Support: Address customer queries, provide technical/application support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Collaborate with the service team to resolve instrument-related issues quickly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of IVD technologies and product specifications.
  • Documentation: Prepare training reports, installation checklists, and feedback records.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and relay customer insights to the sales and product management teams for improvement and future developments.
  • Travel: Regular travel to customer sites across Nepal.
