Job Description

To install and commission Laboratory Diagnostics equipment and to perform field troubleshooting
To carry out routine maintenance, service and breakdown repair of equipment installed by the company
To train customer for use and routine maintenance of the equipment
To regularly visit installation site for routine visit
To provide remote maintenance service via; telephone, TeamViewer, WhatsApp for emergency equipment maintenance
To produce documents of all installation, maintenance, remote maintenance, training service provided and to communicate it to higher authorities
To attend the training program when company organizes the training
