Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Attend service and application call for Laboratory Diagnostics Equipments inside and outside Kathmandu Valley
Guide user for application support and travel to site as an when required
Take ownership of customer issue and provide prompt service.
Maintain a service log book and report all service and application calls to supervisor
Attend regular/periodic service and application call

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, electronics engineering and related field. However candidate with BMET degree can also apply
Candidates with prior working experience in biomedical service industry are highly encouraged to apply
Must have a learning attitude and willingness to travel
