Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile App Developer specializing in Flutter or Kotlin located in Banglore. As a Mobile App Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy customized mobile applications adhering to high quality and performance standards. You will also maintain and debug existing applications, ensuring their seamless and user-friendly functionality on various platforms.

Job Location: Kathmandu, Nepal 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from the initial specifications, development, testing, and deployment.
• Analyse business needs and implementation approaches and deliver high-quality applications
• Produce codes that adhere to best practices and coding standards. As well as producing clean and maintainable source code.
• Implements test-driven development by developing automated unit tests.
• UI-focused thinking to make the apps work intuitively.
• Participate in an agile team and work with product owners to review user stories, provide estimation, sprint reviews, retrospectives, timely deliveries, and backlog management.

Position Qualifications And Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Flutter/Kotlin environments.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK and iOS SDK environments.
• Understanding of how RESTful API works.
• Knowledge of Figma will be a plus point
• Able to replicate Figma designs in Mobile UI Components
• Strong understanding of Dart, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), algorithms, and data structures.
• In-depth knowledge of Application life-cycle.
• Ability to provide technical details and documentation.
• Ability to provide explanations and reasons behind the code produced.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to promote applications to the Play Store and App Store

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge about Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Familiar with working in an Agile environment
