Roles and responsibilities of this job

This position is for doing data lookup and API integrations between our contact center platforms and various client database and CRM applications.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

SQL and database query abilities and understanding
JSON, XML
Understanding basic concepts of CRM platforms
Ability to read, understand, and execute on API documentation
Working with the client and contact center platform teams to architect and support CRM and database integrations via direct query and/or API calls
Prepare required documentation for client delivery and for future integration projects
