All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on fine-tuning models, building backend services, integrating vector databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about generative AI and deploying real-world machine learning systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
  • Write and test code for AI applications
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design AI solutions
  • Optimize AI models for performance and accuracy
  • Analyze and improve existing AI systems
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate project progress and findings
  • Design and build applications powered by LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Develop APIs and backend services to support LLM-based features.
  • Fine-tune open-source language models using custom datasets.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies for specific use cases.
  • Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy.
  • Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval techniques (RAG).
  • Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams to deliver robust AI solutions
