As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and talented AI & Business Automation Executive to help transform our business processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about AI and technology. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing AI solutions that improve productivity, increase sales opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience.
Education Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
Essential Requirement: The degree must have been obtained from an accredited university in one of the following English-speaking countries:
United Kingdom
United States of America
Australia
Canada

Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities where AI can improve business efficiency and profitability.
Implement AI-powered solutions for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.
Develop and manage automated workflows using AI tools and platforms.
Improve lead generation and customer acquisition processes through AI technologies.
Assist in implementing AI-powered CRM and reporting systems.
Create dashboards and business intelligence reports for management.
Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
Train and support staff in the effective use of AI tools.
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to improve performance and productivity.
Assist with website optimisation, SEO, GEO, AEO, and digital marketing initiatives using AI.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and modern AI tools.
Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of business process automation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Python programming.
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
Experience with CRM systems and databases.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and website analytics.
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
Previous experience working with UK-based businesses.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to:
Reduce manual administrative tasks through automation.
Improve lead generation and sales efficiency.
Enhance reporting and business visibility.
Implement practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.
Help the company become a technology-led logistics provider.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of Rs 100,000 to Rs 150,000 per month depending on experience.
