We are hiring an AI Audit Analyst to analyze small business operations and identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI. You will review client systems, workflows, and customer journeys, then produce clear, actionable audit reports that drive implementation decisions. Your insights will directly influence whether clients move forward with our automation retainers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-audit research (website, tech stack, reviews, ads, directories).
Perform operational diagnostics across lead flow, communication, scheduling, and retention.
Identify and prioritize 5–8 AI/automation opportunities per client with impact scoring.
Estimate ROI using realistic business benchmarks.
Write clear, concise, client-ready audit reports.
Brief founder for audit presentation calls.
Improve and maintain audit templates and frameworks.
Validate feasibility with automation engineering team.
