Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible to build public relation with partner companies, Government body, non- Governmental organization & related institution.
Responsible for the development of technical contents of all the publication & visibility materials of the company.
Extension of the new technology, publications and innovative agri-business model developed by company to the beneficiaries & end users.
Support to the marketing team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
Maintain strong communication between teams and internal & external stakeholders.
Work with agencies, vendors, media personals, designers, social media and content teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns as suggested by the supervisor.
Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings.
Assessing and identifying market potential for various product segments.
Identifying innovative ways of selling for boosting organizational performance.
Conduct various sales promotional activities in coordination with supervisor and sales team.
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Keep track of competitor’s activities in other to develop marketing plan to mitigate their activity.
Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
Maintain the company and process SOP’s at all level.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

At least Bachelor degree in agriculture, marketing or relevant discipline. Preference shall be given to the person having master in agriculture extension/marketing.
Minimum 3-5 Years experience in a related field.

Required Skill/Knowledge and Abilities

Identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Outstanding communication skills.
Up-to-date with latest trends of extension & marketing practices.
Degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
Experience in organization development and change management.
Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
Teamwork

Additional Requirement:

Preferred to person having two wheelers license with own vehicle.
