Roles and responsibilities of this job

Duty Station: Surkhet

Main Responsibility:

To ensure smooth operation of the Agency Office(s) by following company’s standards and procedure for effective, discipline and consistent performance.
To help Agency Director draw a strategy to achieve targets for production, manpower, business quality and other goals.
To ensure smooth implementation of daily/monthly activities and agreed agency management practices to achieve the agreed target.
To provide continuous feedback for improvement.
To lead and motivate the Agency sales force by removing real or assumed barriers to achieve the target.
To direct, develop and coach agency/unit managers to recruit and build a professional agent sales force by demonstrating the best practices.
To challenge agency/unit mangers & field representatives to outperform their targets by persistently following sales process and professional behavior.
To collaborate with other functions to established synergy for maximization in line with overall goals of the company.
To ensures quality and reliable service to our customers both before & after sales.
To ensure MIS related with the Agency is up to date and reported on time.
To ensures that Agencies are compliant with the company polices.
To carry out other task and duties as delegated by Agency Director.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent with at least second division score.
At least 3 years work experience. Experience in sales will be preferred.
Minimum age 30 years (as of 15th July 2021).
Must have good skill in Microsoft application.
Confident in delivering training and public speaking.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Must be comfortable with travel as per business need.
