Education: LLB
License: Advocate License (preferred)
Language: An applicant must be Fluent in English language reading, writing, and understanding
Software: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe System Adobe Acrobat

Skills:

Reading comprehension, critical thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Judgment and Decision Making Negotiation, Persuasion, Writing, and active learning
Typing per minute minimum of 50 in English

Duties:

All legal works are related to the United States and States
Review, records/documents draft legal memos, summaries, legal research, pleading, contract, legal documents,
Review and draft discovery demand and responses
