We are seeking a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Agency: Operations And Project Manager to oversee day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth and timely execution of projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with various departments, including the creative team, content & production team, client strategy & management team, and digital marketing team, to plan, monitor, and execute tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong coordination and communication abilities, and a solid understanding of media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Coordinate with the creative, production, and marketing department to plan, monitor, and execute tasks.
Maintain clear and constant communication with client representatives and the management team.
Utilize project management software to assign and track work.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Proactively solve problems and address issues as they arise.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in management or any relevant field.
2 - 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in I/NGOs, Advertising, Marketing, or Corporate Brands.
Understand the know-how of advertising and creative workflow.
Strong writing and communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of various departments, including creative, content production, client strategy, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in project management software (Notion, slack, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure out solutions.
