Roles and responsibilities of this job

Requirements & Experience Needed

Experience delivering a high volume of high-quality work (e.g. 50 photos per shift)
Able to receive feedback on quality and volume performance, and adjust behaviors accordingly
Understanding what makes a great photo and having a good eye for detail
Passionate about producing good quality work consistently
Able to work to targets and deadlines
Fluent in English, written and verbal. All office communication will be in English

Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (minimum of 6 months)

Lightroom specific experience – working with ambient and flash exposures, color and white balancing
Photoshop specific experience – manual blending of layers, window pulls, object and flash shadow removal

(Preferred) Experience in real-estate photography editing

Interior photos
Exterior photos and aerials

Photo Editing Trainers Need to Have The Following

(All of the above requirements plus)
At least two years experience with Photoshop and Lightroom
At least two years training or teaching experience – training up to 20 students/trainees at a time
(Preferred) Experience training entry level editors with no prior experience in Photoshop and Lightroom
Proven success training staff in a new skill with positive motivation techniques in a calm peaceful environment
