Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Process student enrolments to their higher education needs
Apply for a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter to obtain a student visa
Verify payment of tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover
Student Visa document preparations
Provide advice and assistance to prospective and enrolled international students
Liaise with colleges and University Admissions Centre about course information and requirements
Maintain knowledge of colleges, University courses, entry pathways, admissions qualifications, and National Code requirements
Respond to enquiries from prospective international students and institutions in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure timely turnaround is maintained for all international student applications
Use of digital platforms and Customer Relationship Management systems
Maintain records of all documentation relating to the application process
Report to the Branch Manager

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Information System Management/Marketing
At least one year of work experience in a similar role dealing with international students will be viewed favourably but not necessary as training will be provided to the eligible candidate
Demonstrated organisational, administrative and time management skills
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
Ambitious, passionate, and results-oriented, you are motivated by providing outstanding client service.
A team player who also knows how to have fun
