Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a remote position assisting students with university and college applications in Australia. The candidate is responsible for GTE assessment, document review, and visa processing to ensure compliance with admission and immigration requirements.

Responsibilities:

Advise students on course and institution selection.
Assess and review GTE statements and Statements of Purpose (SOP).
Process and verify student applications efficiently.
Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications.
Stay updated on Australian immigration policies, including Student Visa (Subclass 500) and other relevant visa categories.
Maintain communication with students, institutions, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and institutional policies.
Identify and resolve documentation issues to streamline application processes.
Perform data entry in Excel and CRM systems to manage student records.

Other qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or International Relations
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the education or immigration industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Fluency in English (additional language skills are an asset)
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 7 AM - 3:30 PM (NPT)
