Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Officer for Australia to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in student admissions, especially for Australia and New Zealand, and be capable of managing the end-to-end admissions process while providing excellent support to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with universities, primarily in Australia and New Zealand, regarding admission applications and student placements.
Handle student queries and issues with professionalism, especially in high-pressure situations.
Guide students and parents through the admission criteria and documentation process.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of student admission and visa documentation for Australia.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up with students, parents, and partner institutions throughout the admission process.
Maintain updated knowledge of university application requirements, student visa processes, and the Genuine Student (GS) system of Australia.
