Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist on day to day administrative task
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients
Determine market trends, evaluate competitors and recommend changes as appropriate
Undertake market research for new and existing products and services
Represent the organisation at trade shows and events
Performance management, including documentation of disciplinary actions
Provide HR advice and support to Managers
Provide HR strategic advice to the Executive team
Assist Area Managers in recruitment process

Requirement:

Studying towards or completed MBA/BIT qualifications
Ideal to have a background in Business Development and Human Resource Management
A self-starter and an ability to work independently or in a team
Proven knowledge and experience in HR planning, talent acquisition employee engagement, training and development, employee retention, labour laws etc
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Current driver's license is essential
Excellent computer skills
