GadiCharge Pvt. Ltd. is a Charging as a Service (CaaS) provider offering end-to-end Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and solutions, creating an accessible, reliable, and efficient network of charge points that cater to the needs of EV users in Nepal, while contributing towards achieving the nation’s EV adoption goals. GadiCharge builds and operates own charging stations as well as on boards and supports franchisees (aspiring entrepreneurs, existing corporates working in a varied range of industries) to establish and operate EV Charging Stations under our brand. 

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative/HR Officer to support the daily operations of our Admin Department. The officer will assist in documentation, coordination, and general office management activities to ensure efficient administrative functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and facilities.
• Maintain employee, asset, inventory, and administrative records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
• Handle office procurement, quotations, purchase requests, and related documentation.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, courier, and other operational requirements.
• Support insurance renewals, claims, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare administrative reports, trackers, letters, notices, and other documents.
• Ensure timely follow-up on administrative tasks and deadlines.
• Travel to company sites or other locations as and when required for administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
