Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Project Management & Control Head and other project team members.
Organize, schedule, and maintain information in project management software.  Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
Coordinate project-related paperwork, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
Interface with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers, contractors, and clients.
Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval of information.
