Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
Administration of institutional databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
Answer queries by employees and visitors
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a institutional calendar and schedule appointments

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
