Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced, mature, and responsible Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth and efficient organizational processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong administrative, communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Candidates with experience in the NGO sector or legal field will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain official records, documents, files, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external organizations, and stakeholders.
• Prepare letters, reports, notices, and other official documents.
• Support management in administrative planning and decision-making.
• Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
• Handle official communication and correspondence with relevant authorities and organizations.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and institutional activities.
• Monitor administrative requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
• Frequent bank visits and field visits will be required.
